We produce corporate and private events of all sizes all year round – including inspiring meetings, customer events and kick-offs as well as, less formal celebrations such as summer, crayfish and Christmas parties, weddings and anniversaries. The events are organized in our own seaside venues: RUUSUNIEMI, PAVEN and HERRÖ.
Serving high-quality food made with passion from the seasons best ingredients is at the heart of our events. Our own catering business HAIKALA CATERING is responsible for our carefully prepared dining experiences. You can also order our catering services for your own events and private dinners.

RUUSUNIEMI
Ruusuniemi meeting and event venue serves by the seaside in Vuosaari, only a 20-minute drive from Helsinki city centre. This villa, which has set the stage for political and industry events since the 1970s, offers a premium setting for corporate events and parties.
HERRÖ
The idyllic and secluded wooden villa of HERRÖ is an event and meeting venue located in the island of Stora Herrö in the beautiful Suvisaaristo archipelago in Espoo. In addition to the main building, the wonderful rustic milieu includes a seaside sauna, terrace and private pier.
HAIKALA CATERING
Haikala has swiftly become a catering legend in Helsinki, and for a reason: it offers modern flavours upon request. Quality is our top priority: we cook elegant dishes that taste delicious, run a tight ship to ensure the success of your event and prefer, when possible, locally sourced ingredients.
PAVEN
The seaside restaurant Paven offers delicious food made from high-quality local ingredients. Located in the Suvisaaristo archipelago in Espoo, Paven can also be booked for unforgettable corporate and private events.
