Welcome to explore our services and private venues. We produce various corporate and private events throughout the year, from inspiring meeting days to client events and kick-offs, as well as joyful summer and crayfish parties, Christmas parties, weddings and anniversaries. Our own seaside meeting and banquet facilities Tokoinranta, Ruusuniemi, Paven and HERRÖ serve as the stage for the events.
With us, you will always enjoy particularly attentive service – from the first contact to the smooth execution of the event. In addition to the service, the excellent food is the highlight of the day. Our acclaimed kitchen is run by the multiple award-winning Simo Harrivaara (e.g. winner of the Chef of the Year 2024 competition) and his team. Excellent food is supported by a high-quality selection of wines and drinks with specialities.
In addition to our own locations, Hiiohoi's food and service can also be ordered to your own premises. Catering by Hiiohoi (formerly Haikala Catering) is responsible for the operation.

Ruusuniemi
Ruusuniemi's meeting and banquet venue serves by the sea in Vuosaari, just over a 20-minute drive from the center of Helsinki. The villa, which has been used for political and industrial representation since the 70s, offers high-quality settings for corporate events and parties.

Tokoinranta
A stylish space with first-class service, framed by a beautiful park and a historic seascape. Set in Helsinki’s Hakaniemi, Tokoinranta is an ideal setting for inspiring meetings, relaxed celebrations and high-level client hospitality dinners.

Paven
The maritime meeting and banquet venue Paven offers delicious taste experiences made from high-quality local ingredients and acclaimed service. Located in Espoo's Suvisaaristo, Paven also serves as an atmospheric corporate event and party venue.

HERRÖ
HERRÖ's idyllic wooden villa serves as a venue for celebrations and meetings on the island of Stora Herrö, in its own peaceful location in the middle of Espoo's beautiful Suvisaaristo. In addition to the main building, the time-worn environment includes a good-sized sauna with jetties.
