Our acclaimed kitchen is a reason in itself to host an event: we consider skillfully prepared food from high-quality, seasonal ingredients a matter of honor. Excellent food is supported by a high-quality selection of wines and drinks with specialities, as well as attentive, personal service from start to finish.
Our kitchen team, consisting of top professionals, is led by the multiply awarded Simo Harrivaara (e.g. winner of the Chef of the Year 2024 competition). The core team also includes Samuel Cole, who is familiar with the world's best Michelin restaurants, and Miiro Tähti, who has cooked in Finland's top restaurants and specialises in desserts and baking.
A diverse selection of carefully prepared Hiiohoi menus is available for our events. These include Signature menus served at the tables, utilising the freshest seasonal ingredients, delicious buffets, the popular Grill Menu, and meeting day catering from breakfast to lunch and coffee services. We also design menus according to your wishes. All our events have their own chef and serving staff.
