Our acclaimed kitchen is a reason in its own right to host your event. We treat skilfully prepared food from high-quality seasonal ingredients as a point of pride—paired with a considered wine and drinks list (including house specialities) and attentive, personal service from start to finish.
Our team of top professionals is led by multiple award-winning Simo Harrivaara (e.g. winner of the Chef of the Year 2024 competition). The core team also includes Samuel Cole, with experience in leading Michelin-starred restaurants, and Miiro Tähti,  an alumnus of Finland’s top kitchens who specialises in desserts and baking. 
Choose from HIIOHOI menus crafted for events: Signature menus served at the table using the freshest seasonal produce; generous buffets; the crowd-favourite Grill Menu; and meeting-day catering from breakfast through lunch and coffee breaks. We also tailor menus to your brief. Every event comes with a dedicated chef and service team.
